“With good friends, and good food on the board, we may well ask, when shall we live if not now?”
— M.F.K. FISHER, THE ART OF EATING
The name of our restaurant tells a story. ATAI is a word rooted in tradition and hospitality. Stemming from the beautiful tea culture of Morocco, ATAI also means “moments” in Hebrew. When we merge the two connotations, we arrive at a restaurant experience that encompasses the refined relaxation of a nice tea and the special moments that shape our lives.
The Moroccan tea culture is a tradition that pleasantly signifies the end of each meal, and also serves as the beverage of choice to be enjoyed with family and friends anytime of day.
